Odyssée 319 is an exciting and ambitious venture launched by Olivier Bonville and Ferdinand Ruelle-Dudel, representing the 4th generation of Champagne Franck Bonville. With a vast expanse of 34,300 hectares spread across 319 crus in the Champagne region, this négociant house embraces infinite possibilities.

Fueled by their passion for Champagne wines and an eagerness for new experiences, Olivier and Ferdinand observe, understand, and adapt to the unique terroirs of Avize, Oger, and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, where they cultivate their vineyards.Inspired by the novel by Jules Verne, they embark on a journey to explore the diversity of Champagne terroirs. Presenting a Brut Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru, an ode to the terroir of Avize, as well as playful cuvées named Jour 1 Le Levant and Jour 2 le Couchant, they showcase distinct profiles from the same cru.

Moreover, they venture beyond their usual realm of Chardonnay, experimenting with Pinot Noir to create a Brut Rosé Grand Cru cuvée. Odyssée 319 represents a new chapter for Franck Bonville, with an innovative and hands-on approach, combining high quality and audacity in the pursuit of exceptional Champagne.
